With the international break over, we’re looking to pick out some banker bets on the domestic front for our football acca tips. If these five bwin football predictions all oblige, we’ll be celebrating a 6/1 pay-out.
Don’t fret if one of the legs lets you down because our five-team acca insurance ensures we refund minimum £5 stakes as a Free Bet up to £25 when a five-fold is placed on the same day and a single selection goes astray.
Southampton to beat Bournemouth @ 31/50
Only one place separates these two local rivals in the Premier League table after back-to-back wins for the Cherries, but we reckon the Saints are a class apart and can confirm the superiority of December’s 3-1 away win at Goldsands Stadium. Having netted four times against both Sunderland and Watford away, Southampton were far from disgraced in a 2-1 loss at Spurs and look set for a strong end to the season.
Brighton to beat Blackburn @ 1/2
The Seagulls have won nine of their last 11 home matches and should be ready to resume their push for automatic promotion after a well-timed international break. Blackburn have been battling hard to avoid relegation and are unbeaten in seven games, but they came off second best when losing at home to Brighton in December and may be in too deep again here.
Huddersfield to beat Burton @ 11/20
The Terriers suffered a temporary meltdown when hammered 4-0 at Bristol City last time out, but a fortnight off should have given David Wagner time to rally his troops and get them back on track. Burton also fell apart at the back when beaten 5-3 by Brentford before the international break and face a tough few days visiting Huddersfield and then Newcastle.
Newcastle to beat Wigan @ 9/25
The Magpies complete a trio of promotion-chasing teams taking on sides from the other end of the Championship table and we’re hoping the top three show why they are in their respective positions. Again, the feeling is that having last week off will have allowed Newcastle to regroup after a nervous little period and Wigan have only scored one goal in five games.
Bolton to beat Chesterfield @ 9/25
Wanderers are one of the hottest teams in England right now, with 16 goals scored in five straight League One wins as they aim to secure a quick return to the Championship. Second-from-bottom Chesterfield have only prevailed once in their last 13 games and have been beaten 14 times on the road this term.
