The Premier League play-offs take place at the O2 Arena on Thursday.
Michael van Gerwen faces Rob Cross while Michael Smith takes on Gary Anderson in the last four, with the final later in the evening in London.
Here are our Premier League darts betting predictions, which will return around £40 from a £10 stake in a double.
A 180 to be thrown in first leg of Van Gerwen versus Cross @ evens
Expect a fast start to this semi-final, which has all the makings to be another classic. Van Gerwen is bound to still have last year’s World Championship semi-final defeat to the former electrician at Alexandra Palace still on his mind. But the Dutchman has beaten Cross twice in the Premier League this campaign, both by 7-2 scorelines, after explosive starts.
Over 9.5 180s in Smith’s game with Anderson @ evens
Smith and Anderson’s contest could go the distance. The pair won one meeting each during the regular season. Smith produced a stunning comeback on the opening night to beat Anderson 7-5, giving the 27-year-old confidence to produce a top-four assault, but the Scot gained revenge with a 7-2 hammering last month. Those two matches produced 10 maximums in 21 legs.
VERDICT: Anderson to win Premier League @ 4/1
You just cannot write Anderson off. The Scot appeared to be coasting into the top four before suffering surprise back-to-back defeats, but ended the regular season with an excellent win over Van Gerwen to restore confidence ahead of this week. Anderson has won both Premier League finals he has taken part in to add further weight to the argument.
