Kick-off: 2005, 19/01/2020

Stadium: Arrowhead Stadium

TV: Sky Sports

Kansas City have a point to prove when entertaining Tennessee in Sunday’s AFC Championship game and are tipped to sparkle at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Titans edged out the Chiefs 35-32 on home turf during the regular season and prevailed 22-21 in a wild-card clash here a couple of years ago.

However, the hosts are currently on a run of seven straight victories, with an improving defence backing up their awesome attacking weapons.

We’re taking 19/20 for Kansas City to make a statement and win by more than 7.5 points for our first Chiefs vs Titans prediction.

A Look At Kansas City Chiefs’ Betting Odds

Patrick Mahomes spearheaded a remarkable comeback for the Chiefs as they overturned a 24-point deficit to beat Houston 51-31 in the divisional round.

The Texans led 24-0 after the second quarter, but Kansas City turned the game on its head, at one point scoring 41 points without reply.

Mahomes, who led his side to a 12-4 record during the regular season, was the power at the heart of the Chiefs’ comeback, throwing for 321 yards and five touchdowns.

Travis Kelce caught three off those passes in the end zone and 6/1 for him to score the first TD appeals from the Chiefs vs Titans odds.

A Look At Tennessee Titans’ Betting Odds

Tennessee only managed a moderate 9-7 record when finishing second behind Houston in the AFC South, but have pulled off two big upsets on the road in the play-offs.

The Titans prevailed 20-13 in New England and then ran out convincing 28-12 victors when visiting top seeds Baltimore.

Derrick Henry became the first NFL running back since 1970 to rush for more than 180 yards in three consecutive games when pummelling the Ravens on the ground.

The game seemed to shift in the third quarter when Henry took a hand-off on the Titans’ 25-yard line, sliced through the defence and ran upfield until he was tackled just short of the end zone.

Moments later, Ryan Tannehill began a trick play as he motioned out to the left, the ball was snapped to Henry, who pitched it over the top into the waiting arms of wide-receiver Corey Davis, the conversion taking the score to 21-6.

However, Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson played disappointingly below the standard he set during the season, throwing two interceptions and fumbling at a crucial moment.

Kansas City are not expected to be so generous and 7/2 they win by 7-12 points completes our Chiefs vs Titans betting tips.
